Figure 9. Transcriptional effects of SOX15 overexpression. myc-SOX15-DD was overexpressed by ProteoTuner in EBs and cell populations were separated by flow cytometry. Transcriptional effects were measured by qPCR for (A) PGCLCs and (B) soma. Each point represents a biological replicate. Green bars represent significantly upregulated genes, and red bars significantly downregulated ones (Z-test with Holm-Bonferroni correction, p < .05).
