Depletion of PRDM14-AID-Venus by inducible TIR1. hESCs grown on a layer of MEFs were treated with IAA and/or Shield1. After one hour of treatment, cells were fixed and stained for immunofluorescence using anti-GFP. DAPI staining is shown in grey and anti-GFP staining is shown in green. Scale bar is 50 µm.
