Scatter dot plot graphs of GR expression in (A-E) CD19+ B cells, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, monocytes (CD45+Thy1.2CD19+CD11b+Ly6G-), and NK cells (CD45+Thy1.2CD19+CD11b-CD49b+) in all four caging conditions and after CMS exposure. GR expression in (F) splenic neutrophils was significantly higher in mice exposed to CMS in both caging conditions. Data are mean ± SEM. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001.
