Exit Plans: Know Your Escape Route

Short talk at the Preservation and Archiving special Interest Group (PASIG) meeting hosted at the New York Museum of Modern Art, Oct 2016.  This 10 minute talk describes why exit plans are an important aspect of digital preservation and trusted digital repositories.  The talk focusses on exit plans from hosted services provided by third-parties, e.g. when using preservation services in the cloud, but applies equally to in-house solutions.
