Endogenous Self-adaptor subsystem

Two Poisson processes provide separate pulses for the head and extremities self-adaptors respectively. Lateral inhibition prevents two action from being executed at the same time, while a mechanism of refractory period ensures a minimal waiting time between events. Within the “headAdaptor” and “extremitiesAdaptor” blocks one of two possible actions is chosen randomly.
