Elements matter: The context and perception of classical and cosmological elements versus earthly and physical matter in the Rosette Map

This is an extension to the preceeding paper (link underneath) and response to TH Ing's (link underneath) review of this paper and discussion of the continents and elements displayed in Voynich manuscript folio f86v. It follows up on the position of classical elements in the medieval cosmos and depiction of physical matter.
