Effects of ACT and AVP on astrocyte damage.

Cells were treated with AVP (100 nM) and combination with ACT (0.5 mg/ml) and AVP for 48 h. (B) Percentages of cell death were calculated by determining the ratio of PI-stained cells to Hoechst stained cells. Bars indicate the mean ± standard error of the mean (n = 3). *p < 0.05, in comparison to control.
