ERIS Environmental Research Infrastructures Strategy for 2030

This document provides a Strategy for the European (in-situ) Environmental Research Infrastructures (RIs).  Although the strategy is build from RI point-of-view, it is meant to be used by the wider Earth System science community. The role of RIs as long-term actors in the science community makes them natural platforms to initiate and develop strategic development plans, bringing the needs and ideas of their respective sub-domains to more general overall picture.
