EDUCATION LAW AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: POINTS OF CONTACT

No contradiction between education and sustainable development exist, as there is no educational process is not taken into consideration also educate, from our relationship with the environment. Within this perspective of analysis, which must exist in reality, and actually there is an intrinsic relationship between Educational Law, Environment and Sustainable Development. And as is characteristic of most modern democracies, certain issues need to be addressed from public policies, such as environmental education and its relationship to sustainable development, as these not only provide guidelines and principles, but provide objective conditions for State participation in response to issues that belong to everyone, characterized necessarily as diffuse rights.
