Johansen, Jørgen Johansen(A-D) S2 cells transiently transfected with a GFP-tagged Digitor construct were fixed and labeled with antibodies to GFP (in green), tubulin (in red), and Hoechst for DNA (in blue/grey). In the composite image (A) the nuclear localization of Digitor-GFP is indicated by arrows.
