<p>This experiment compares the growth of yeast grown in deuterium depleted water YPD to yeast grown in deuterium oxide YPD. Experimental setup can be found in the links below.</p> <p>This dataset includes the raw data from the nanodrop and the processed data. The graph plots 4 samples measured hourly and labeled as:</p> <p>*Yeast in DDW 1 - this yeast was incubated in DDW YPD for 24h prior to testing</p> <p>*Yeast in DDW 2 - this yeast was incubated in DDW YPD for 48h prior to testing</p> <p>*Nonadapted Yeast in D2O - this yeast comes from the 48h sample above and placed in D2O</p> <p>*Adapted Yeast in D2O - this yeast has been incubated in D2O YPD for 44 days replacing the media almost daily</p> <p>See setup linked below for more details.</p>
