For both papers, start with the supporting material pdf files, which use the knitr package to render code and notes into a more readable format. The raw code is more readily copyable from the generating Rnw files. Both files contain references to identify the remaining data objects, which have been renamed for ease of identification - the names used within the code are given within parentheses.
