Data from Capo et al (2019) Plos ONE "Droplet digital PCR assays for the quantification of brown trout (Salmo trutta) and Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus) from environmental DNA collected in the water of mountain lakes"

This data include the .glp files generated by the QX200 droplet digital PCR reader (and associated software) and a description of the samples analyses in each ddPCR run (README.txt file). This data corresponds to the multixplex ddPCR amplification of two targets : brown trout (St1 molecular tools) and arctic char (Sa1 molecular tools) cytB mitochondrial DNA.
