There are three spreadsheets with data. The spreadsheet "VWC" contains the raw soil moisture data. The spreadsheets "Dessication events" and  "Wetting events" contain all the information about the drying and wetting events analyzed in the article, respectively. After each data spreadsheet there is a spreadshet with the associated metadata, where a description of all the variables and units can be found.
