In our analysis, we explore the case when neutrinos can interact with the galactic DM halo.
We model the neutrino-DM interaction as general as possible. To this end, we model the flavor propagation of neutrino as in the MSW effect but with a medium made of DM.
Due to the typical interaction strength and DM density in the Milky Way, we found that neutrinos with energies larger than 100 TeV or PeV are ideal targets to observe these effects.

We test our hypothesis using flavor composition of PeV neutrinos observed by the IceCube neutrino observatory.
