DL0410, a novel dual cholinesterase inhibitor, protects neurons against Aβ-induced cell damage via the AKT/JNK signaling pathway

DL0410 is a novel synthetic dual cholinesterase inhibitor. In the present study, an Aβ_1-42-induced amnesia model in mice and an AD cellular model were used to investigate the protective effects of DL0410 and explore its neuroprotective mechanism.
