This video demonstrates the effects of deep brain stimulation of the premedical radiations in a patient with Holmes tremor. The initial demonstration shows the "DBS-off" state where the patient displays prominent low-frequency tremor in the right upper extremity. The subsequent demonstrations displays the effects of turning "DBS-on", these effects are characterized by marked and robust improvements in tremor control.
