A) Cytokine concentration (pg/ml) was measured in ECM of ectocervical explants incubated with culture medium (CM), seminal plasma (SP) 25% or SP50% in the presence or absence of indomethacin (indo) 10μM for 4 h, followed by an additional 12 h-incubation with medium only.
