The enclosed file is a copy of the model, developed in TreeAge Pro 2011, used in the cost-effectiveness study "Cost-Effectiveness of Coronary Artery Calcium Testing for Coronary Heart and Cardiovascular Disease Risk Prediction to Guide Statin Allocation: The Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA)."  This file was used to simulate results for the article, using TreeAge Pro 2011 (Healthcare module) on a Windows 7 computer.  Interested researchers should contact Eric Roberts, erober19@jhu.edu, for more information about the technical details of the model.
