At day>180, open circles represent fast progressor RMs PB023 and PB028; and full diamonds represent slow progressor RMs PB013 and PB044. (B) Dot-plots show the correlation between the titer of SIV-specific IgG antibodies and the percentage as well the number of Tfh cells in LNs and spleen of RMs. (C) Dot-plots show the correlation between the titer of SIV-specific IgG antibodies and the number of B cell subsets in LN and the spleen. Spearman analysis was used for correlations. The r and p values are indicated in the figures.
