Complexity v Simplicity: Less is more in drug cardiac safety

This presentation was given at a Systems Pharmacology meeting at the EBI in Cambridge at the end of 2015.  The talk highlights how simple models perform just as well as complex models for a given prediction task.  It highlights how a simple subtraction performs equally as well as a multi-model approach involving 3 models of the cardiac cell which contain 10s of differential equations and 100s parameters.
