Communicating in Science and not being Afraid of Tenacious Self-promotion

Slides from my talk at the AWM Panel: Career Experiences and Advice, SIAM Conference in Computational Science and Engineering, 2013. The panel was based on several 10-min presentations, followed by open discussion, and held Feb. 28.

The slides give only a hint of what the talk was like, given that they have little text (as slides should be!), so I may one day write a short blog post soon with commentary on them.
