Raw microarray data files from Hoffman et al. microarray study examining the effects of extreme drought and heat waves on two codominant prairie grasses, Andropogon gerardii and Sorghastrum nutans. These grasses coexist in the tallgrass prairie of Eastern Kansas, USA and despite being functionally similar (C4 grasses), they adopt different gene expression strategies for coping with climate extremes.
