We identified three key approaches:
1) organize a session/talk in the main programme
2) activist / guerilla approach
3) work with conference organizers on open dissemination
During the workshop, we crowdsourced information on what’s currently already happening in these areas at bigger and smaller conferences, talked about best practices to facilitate these discussions, and gathered ideas that anyone is encouraged to take up.
