Astrophysics in Denmark 2000-2014: Annual cost of publishing

The potential and estimated cost of publishing for Danish astrophysics in during the period 2000-2014 in main astronomy and astrophysics core journals. Data from Scopus (selection criteria Article sources and Denmark in affiliations). Total non-Open Access APC refers to the estimated* annual sum of "Article Charges" related to publishing in the Astronomical Journal (IOP), the Astrophysical Journal (IOP), and the Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific (Chicago). The estimated annual sum of APCs related to the Astrophysical Journal is also shown (assuming an average APC of 850 Euro per article for all articles). Total Gold APC refers to the sum of potential golden Open Access APC had those been realized corresponding to the annual research output in journals Astronomy & Astrophysics (EDP), JCAP journal (IOP), MNRAS journal (Oxford), and Solar Physics (Springer).
