Each column of the file (ROI) corresponds to an individual calcium trace, expressed as ΔF/F0. Recordings were performed using confocal microscopy on organotypic hippocampal slices (Gähwiler type), with a spatial resolution around 175 nm (in x-y) and 450 nm (z). Confocal time-lapse imaging (12.5 x 25 μm, pixel size 100 nm) was performed at 2Hz.
