Analysis wrapper for NSPN manuscript "Adolescence is associated with genomically patterned consolidation of the hubs of the human brain connectome".

This is the analysis wrapper that calls all other functions from the SCRIPTS directory and uses data from the DATA directory to create the results saved in CT_MT_ANALYSES.
