The enrichment is calculated by the formula: 100 - (%aa in IDP*100/%aa in total dataset). (B) Relative amino-acids composition of IDRs. The enrichment is calculated by the formula: 100 - (%aa in IDR*100/%aa in total dataset). For (A) and (B) we normalized to the percentage of amino acid contained in the complete transmembrane proteins dataset.
