<p>Alternative transcripts in the DNA repair genes, XPC (A) and RRM2B (B) in response to IR are shown. Graph axes are as in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0053358#pone-0053358-g001" target="_blank">figure 1</a>; PCR products from 5′-RML-RACE were run on a 2% agarose gel.
