Tasquinimod inhibits MC38-C215 tumor growth in a T cell independent manner. Nude mice were inoculated s.c. with 0.5 × 106 MC38-C215 cells. Treatment with tasquinimod (30 mg/kg ad lib.) was initiated on the day of tumor inoculation and continued throughout the experiment (*p < 0.05; 2-way ANOVA).
