Q4: Nonapoptotic, live cells do not bind Annexin V-FITC and exclude PI(Propidium lodide); Q3: Early apoptotic cells bind Annexin V-FITC and exclude PI; Q2: Late apoptotic cells bind Annexin V-FITC and also PI.
