Proportion of temperate and lytic viruses in the phage databases (RefSeq, PhagesDB, and DGR-containing prophage collection). Each phage life history was classified using PHACTS as ‘lytic’ or ‘temperate’ if the trees voting for that lifestyle is > 0.5. Otherwise, the phage lifestyle is listed as ‘N/A’. (XLSX 118 kb)
