Time-lapse microscopy depicting a rotating lobule and the behavior of leader cells. The arrow indicates the direction of rotation of the lobule on the left. Arrowheads indicate the location of leader cells extending from two elongating outgrowths. At the outset of the movie, the organoid had been grown for 8 days. Images were captured every 10 minutes.
