Pathways enriched in budesonide-regulated genes in airway epithelial cell variants and tissue were identified by Ingenuity Pathway Analysis. Budesonide-regulated genes ≥1.25 fold, or ≤ 0.8 fold (P ≤ 0.05), in A549 (1973 genes), BEAS-2B (3191 genes), HBE (1980 genes), and airway tissue (894 genes) were subjected to pathway analysis using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA). Pathways that were significantly enriched (−log P value ≥1.3; i.e. P ≤ 0.05) with any of the gene lists are shown. Enrichment (−log P value) is shown in purple and z-score is shown in red for positive values (activation) or in blue for negative values (inhibition). (XLSX 54 kb)
