Actin Interacts with Dengue Virus 2 and 4 Envelope Proteins - Fig 10

(A) HEK293T cells were mock-infected or infected with DENV 2 or DENV 4 and at the indicated time points protein lysates were collected, subjected to SDS-PAGE and western blot analysis using antibodies directed against actin, myosin Ic, Hsp27 and GAPDH. Protein band intensities were measured and normalized to GAPDH. Bar graphs show (B) normalized actin, (C) normalized myosin Ic and (D) normalized Hsp27.
