Born out of a 2014 workshop in The Netherlands, the Data FAIRport initiative was formed to set up ‘Guiding Principles’ for FAIR data management, focusing on principles for the Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability and Reusability of research data.
The goal of the Principles is to enhance reusability of research by making data both human and machine actionable. Data that meet these Principles are more optimal for reuse and discoverability and in turn increase your research’s exposure.
