(2019) The genetic architecture of teosinte catalyzed and constrained maize domestication. <i>Proc Natl Acad Sci USA</i>. </div><div>The genotype files are coded in Hapmap format, and can be read by TASSEL (https://www.maizegenetics.net/tassel) or any programs that recognize tab-delimited files (e.g. R). The "teosinte_genotype.hmp.txt" file contains 4,455 individuals and 34,899 imputed SNP markers from teosinte population.
