In the intestinal cells, PUD-1 (<b>B</b>) and PUD-2 (<b>D</b>) are distributed diffusely in the cytoplasm and the nucleoplasm, and largely excluded from the nucleolus (short arrow) expect for one or more nuclear puncta.
