<p>TALEN pairs targeting the indicated miRNAs were designed and constructed. After the TALEN pairs were transfected into 293T cells, methods were performed (as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0063074#pone-0063074-g002" target="_blank">Figure 2</a>) to detect mutations in the targeted regions.
