Enciso, Juan Phenotypic variation in Heliconius erato crosses shows iridescent structural colour is sex-linked and controlled by multiple genes - Code used in 1D SAXS data analysis
This tarball contains the code used to calculate ultrastructure measurements in the scales of the butterfly Heliconius erato. The estimates are obtained by fitting the peaks of scattered intensity to bell-shaped functions and taking their centre as the magnitude of the scattering vector. The described procedure follows the interpretation of the scattering pattern of Heliconius scales in Parnell et al., 2018 (Ref. 9 main text).

Structural colour;SAXS;iridescence;Bioinformatics 2018-11-14
