Over four years, the International Librarians Network (ILN) provided free online peer-mentoring to over 5,500 participants from 130 countries. Participants used the program to explore the international world of librarianship, building global networks and sharing knowledge with colleagues around the world.

The International Librarians Network incorporated as a not for profit organisation under the laws of New South Wales, Australia in 2015. We adapted a template constitution to allow for the specific needs of our organisational goals.

This document is a part of the supplementary material the ILN team is releasing under a CC-BY license to support and encourage other library groups to develop their own programs.
