Urinary and plasma concentrations of Pi (A and B) and Ca2+ (C and D) as well as plasma levels of PTH (E), FGF23 (F) and 1,25(OH)2D3 (G) were measured in samples from mice injected with 1,25(OH)2D3 either once within 14 hours (14h) or twice within 96 hours (96h) and their respective controls. Graphs show mean ± SD (n = 6/group) and data was analyzed by unpaired student’s t-test with significant p values indicated as: * p ≤ 0.05, ** p ≤ 0.01 and *** p < 0.0001.
