Doble, Rick Matter-Time: Are Matter and Time Linked Together? <div>Matter-time: Are matter and time linked together similar to the way that </div><div>space and time (spacetime) are joined? </div><div>Everything is in motion, from atoms that vibrate as electrons swirl around them, to blood cells and the breath in the human body, to the turning and orbiting Earth, to the Sun that is moving within our galaxy, to the galaxy itself which is drifting toward our sister galaxy Andromeda, to the Universe which is expanding much faster than scientists previously thought. So all matter involves movement but movement can only exist in time because movement means that there is a change over time. Therefore time is not just the arena in which matter operates, time is part of matter. It is an essential element that makes up matter.</div> spacetime;matter-time;mattertime;General relativity (Physics);Quantum physics;General Relativity;Quantum Mechanics;Special Relativity;Field Theory and String Theory;Atomic, Molecular, Nuclear, Particle and Plasma Physics not elsewhere classified 2018-03-26
