Through the analysis of three normative proposals of multiculturalism, namely the communitarian one by Charles Taylor; the liberal one by Will Kymlicka; and the postcolonial one by James Tully, we came to the conclusion that the State must guarantee the right to self-determination for these people and that this right should not be limited by individual rights.</p><p></p>
