Humanization Forum: powerful space for permanent education of workers of Primary Health Care CasarinNaiára PiresElizane Medianeira Gomes PedrosoLauana Borges LimaJessica Vaz FedosseElenir 2017 <p></p><p>ABSTRACT The objective of this work is to discuss the results of the first Municipal Forum of Humanization, used as a permanent education strategy for Primary Health Care workers. The workers were divided into groups to discuss the problem-situation and, therefore, search for strategies for the establishing of the National Humanization Policy. Participants included 71 health professionals, as well as residents and academics. It was concluded that the Forum was an important instrument of permanent education, instigating the professionals to actively participate in discussions, with the purpose of building and rebuilding work processes to develop integral care to users.</p><p></p>
