Temporal dynamics of the cell phenotype distribution (green: epithelial, yellow: hybrid E/M, red: mesenchymal) over 120 hours for the 50x50 layer of cells in the Numb-dependent case and with Notch-Delta signalling. The final configuration of this simulation (120 hours) corresponds to the distribution presented in Fig. 4b (or S9b). For this simulation, the parameters are the same of Fig. 4b.
