Tan, June H. G. Fraser, Andrew Loss of both EXC-7 and MEC-8 show an additive effect on shared targets. <p>Synchronized L4 worms were subjected to RNAi on NGM plates seeded with dsRNA-expressing bacteria. GFP was used as a non-targeting control. The L4 progeny of these worms were then collected using a COPAS worm sorter, and their RNA isolated for use in these RT-PCR experiments.</p> EXC;RRM;combinatorial regulation;ASD;right splice variants;MEC;RNA;combinatorial control;elegan;SF 2017-11-09
