Medical Proteomics) %X To understand how environmental variables affect the Pacific oyster's physiological response, 150 sibling specimens were outplanted in five different study sites in Washington. After one month, upwards of 9,000 proteins were identified in gill tissue, including 273 environmental response proteins. These data provide insight into how oysters are impacted by different environmental conditions. %I figshare
