The structural elucidation of the new compound was conducted using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY spectroscopic analyses. The absolute configuration of <b>1</b> was elucidated by comparison of the experimental and calculated ECD spectra. The anti-inflammatory effects of <b>1–7</b> were evaluated through lipopolysaccharide-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 macrophages assays, and compounds <b>6</b> and <b>7</b> showed potent inhibitory activity against NO production.</p> Curcuma longa L.;sesquiterpenoids;nitric oxide 2017-07-20
