<p>CurrentWetsNoPitsEdges.R contains code to construct network edges in the current wetlands without pits landscape scenario. Similar code was used to construct edges in other landscape scenarios.<br>
CurrentWetsNoPitsNetwork.R contains code for construction and analysis of the current wetlands without pits scenario network.<br>
CurrentWetsNoPitsOrReservesNetwork.R contains code for construction and analysis of the current wetlands without pits or reserves scenario network.<br>
CurrentReservesNetwork.R contains code for construction and analysis of the reserves only scenario network.<br>
CurrentWetsNetworkPart1.R contains code for the construction of the current wetlands scenario network. Due to 32-bit R memory limitations, network edges were exported to .csv files for analysis in another R session.<br>
